I practice from a consulting room in my home located in Chorlton in South Manchester, close to junction 7 of the M60 and near the end of the M56. Not far from the Chorlton Metrolink station.

Directions

From the crossroads in the centre of Chorlton: We are only a short distance from where Wilbraham Road and Barlow Moor Road intersect. Head north along Barlow Moor Road towards Manchester. Almost immediately you will see the shopping precinct and then the Sedge Lynn pub to your left. As the road takes a slight curve to the right you will see the distinctive domed building of Chorlton Library on your left. Take the turning to the left immediately after the library onto Longford Road. You will see a red brick primary school to your left. Almost straightaway you will come to another crossroads. Take the next left onto Oswald Road, and then almost immediately the next right (opposite the gates to the school) onto Newport Road. We are located about 100 yards down on the right hand side.

From the South: M6 to M56 junction, head for Manchester (East). Stay on M56 until it ends then becoming A5103 sign-posted City Centre. Bear left at the next major junction with traffic lights (sign-posted Chorlton) onto Barlow Moor Road. Go straight on into the centre of Chorlton (approx. 1.5 miles). Then follow the directions above from the crossroad.

From the North: M6 to M56 then follow the directions above from the crossroad.

From the West: (Liverpool, Wigan, etc) M62 to M60. Exit M60 at junction 7. Turn left for Manchester. Follow main road (A56) to Stretford. Turn right at traffic lights near the Arndale shopping precinct (turn is signposted Chorlton) onto Edge Lane. Continue for approximately half a mile to a forked junction (traffic lights). Take the left fork. Continue to until you see the Spread Eagle pub on your left and The Lloyds pub on your right, turn left onto Oswald Road. Newport Road is the third road on the left, opposite the primary school. We are located about 100 yards down on the right hand side.

Metrolink: Take the St. Werburgh's Road line and get off at the Chorlton tram stop. Trams currently run every 12 minutes. Turning right as you leave the tram stop will take you towards the crossroads at the centre of Chorlton. Take a right at the crossroads onto Barlow Moor Road, then first left onto Nicolas Road, then first right onto Oswald Road, then first left onto Newport Road. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to Newport Road from the tram stop.

Other bus services from Bolton, Stockport and Trafford Centre: 22, 23a. Closest bus stop 'Wilbraham Road, Manchester Road' Ask driver for the stop nearest to the Spread Eagle Pub or Lloyds Hotel.

Chorlton Ees Ecotherapy meeting point

The Chorlton Ees Nature Reserve is a network of trails winding through meadows, woodland and rough grassland next to the river Mersey near Sale Water Park. It is a conveniently located and beautiful setting for nature-based personal development.

The easiest place to meet up is in the Ivy Green car park on Brookburn Road, which is just opposite the Bowling Green pub not far from Chorlton Green.

No.1 Harley Street faces Cavendish Square, right on the corner of Harley Street and Wigmore Street.

Nearest London Underground Stations: Oxford Circus (Victoria, Bakerloo and Central Line) and Bond Street (Central and Jubilee Line).

Parking: The nearest long-term car park is the NCP Oxford Street Car Park situated in Cavendish Square. There is also short-term meter parking in the surrounding streets.

By Bus: The following buses stop outside John Lewis, Oxford Street: 6, 8, 13, 15, 23, 73, 135, 137, 139 & 189

We are about 100 yards from the rear of John Lewis in Oxford Street.
